The producers in Huatusco, Veracruz only grow coffee as their main agricultural product. The majorioty of the Huatusco population is indigenous and many of them do not even speak Spanish. They speak a variety of local languages. There are about sixty farms located in this town and they all process their coffees at the same wet and dry mill. The wet mill is called Beneficio Santa Rosa in Cosautlan de Carvajal and the dry mill is called Beatriz Martinez Lobato and it is located in Teocelo.
